Queen Mother Chase LegendsThroughout the Queen Mother Champion Chase history, the race has witnessed many outstanding performances and many outstanding horses have earned their reputations by victory here. The performance of Master Minded, who won in frighteningly impressive style in both 2008 and 2009 must rank as the greatest ever seen. He was the first five year old to win the race and it is very hard to see anything getting the better of him in 2010 either. Other legends of the Queen Mother Champion Chase include the only three time winner of the race, Badsworth Boy, who won three successive races in 1983, 84 and 85. Two time winners are:
